SECOND ONLY TO RUSSIA CLAIM OF MINISTER PARIS, June 20. The Minister for Air (M. Cot), in opening a new airport at Boideaux, announced that France had increased Her modern aerial equipment 110 per cent., consequently making France’s Air Force second only to that of Russia.
