WARNING TO MISS PAM BARTON PUBLICATION OF BOOK LONDON, June 18. (Received June 20, at 6.30 p.m.) The Daily Mail says that Miss Pam Barton has received a letter from the Royal and Ancient Golf Club threatening her with the loss of amateur status if she receives remuneration for her book entitled "A Stroke a Hole," which will be published shortly. Miss Barton says that before she started the book the chairman of the Ladies' Golf Union stated that it would be all right.
