LOSS IN BANK FAILURE LONDON, June 4. The well-known comedian Barr 3 Lupino stated during his bankruptcy examination that he owed £IBB6, and had 1 0 assets. He lost between £BOO and £IOOO in a United States bank failure. His last engagement was on April 17, and he would have no other work until August, when he would appear in a revue at £55 a week.
