OPENING OF CAMPAIGN MR DE VALERA'S DECLARATION DUBLIN, June 16. (Received June 17, at 10 p.m.) " There could be no peace with Britain except oh the basis of right and just relations which demanded that all Irish territory should be under the free and complete jurisdiction of the Irish nation," declared Mr de Valera in opening the election campaign. He added that in times of war or strained relations between Britain, and, other countries there could be no friendly co-operation between Ireland and Britain until this basis of freedom and justice was established. .-'...
