Monday, May 31. (Before Mr H. W. Bundle, S.M.) PARKING OFFENCE George Airey Homer Kirkpatrick was fined 5s and costs for parking his car in Stuart street to the obstruction of traffic. “ This is a dangerous practice,” said SeniorSergeant Packer. “ but this i? not a bad case.” AFFILIATION ORDER An affiliation order was made against William George Bateman Stanley, and maintenance was fixed at 5s a week.
