AUCKLAND MANUFACTURERS INCREASED SPACE REQUIRED (Special ro Daily Times) AUCKLAND, May 27. The needs of industry to expand are having an important effect on the real estate market in Auckland. Not only have there been many recent purchases of old buildings or sites for business or manufacturing purposes, but there has been a big increase in the business of leasing premises. In many instances that have come under the notice of Auckland real estate agents manufacturers have been forced to acquire additions to their accommodation to make provision for the extra hands and plant necessitated by the shorter working week.
