FOUND DEAD IN CAR

MAN'S IDENTITY UNKNOWN (Per United Press Association) WHAKATANE. May 26. A -nan aged about 25 years was found dead in a motor oar on the roadside near the junction of the Tarawera and Whakatane-Rotorua roads. A motorist coming from Whakatane last night noticed a car on the roadside, and on returning from Rotorua this morning he stopped to investigate, when he found the body in the back seat. The only evidence of probable identification is a receipt for a rental car for 16s in the name of William Gibson.
