MR DONNELLY ELECTED CHAIRMAN DIVIDEND AND STAFF BONUS (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 8. The Board of Directors to-day elected Mr A. T. Donnelly chairman of the Bank of New Zealand. Mr John Dowgray,' of Granity, the newly-appointed Government director, was present at the meeting. It was decided to pay a bonus of li per cent, to the staff, and a final dividend of Is a share will be paid ordinary shareholders for the last half-year, making the distribution the same as in the previous year.
