BRYANT’S ENTERTAINERS
VISIT TO SOUTH OTAGO Bryant’s Entertainers, a company touring New Zealand, will appear at Balclutha on Monday and Tuesday and at Milton on Wednesday and Thursday. The Southland Times, of February 17, said: —“It is agreed that the famous Bryant’s Entertainers is the most amazing and amusing show that has toured Australia and New Zealand.” The Christchurch papers were most enthusiastic over the various acts of this company. The Star-Sun of March 11 said: “The Bryants are providing an interesting attraction at the Majestic Theatre all this week. Their acts are" an amazing piece of cleverness.” The Evening Star, Greymouth, said: “ Two hours and a-half of rich entertainment without a dull moment. The Wesport News of January 17 said: “A first-class show.” The Otautau Standard of March 2 said: “ This is an honest, well-conducted, well-organised show. Practically all tastes are catered for In a manner that left no doubt that the performers were artists of a high standard.
