WOMEN’S HOCKEY

EXECUTIVE MEETING An executive meeting, of the Otago Women’s Hockey Association was held on Tuesday evening, when there were present: Miss Hill (in the chair), Mrs Nelson, Misses Adams, Lee. Mackie Wilson and Warburton. Miss Yorston, the Otago delegate to the New Zealand Women’s Hockey Association, advised that she would be unable to act in this capacity for the 1937 season, as she would be absent from New Zealand for the greater part of the year.—This advice was received with regret, and the secretary was instructed to write and thank Miss Yorston for her past services and to wish her a good trip to England. A rough copy of the balance sheet and annual report was submitted and considered satisfactory.
