BOLIVIA AND PARAGUAY

NOT YET RECONCILED (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, Feb. 6. The Bolivian'Government has sent the League Secretary-general a Note indicating that the Bolivo-Para-guayan dispute concerning the Gran Chaco is not -ended. The Bolivian Government hopes that, considering the changes in the circumstances that led to Paraguay’s notice of withdrawal, “ Paraguay will take this opportunity of giving renewed proof of her firm will to peace so eloquently expressed by her Foreign Minister by remaining a member of the League.”
