RECORD ACCOUNTS LAST YEAR LONDON, Feb. 5. The Post Office accounts for the year ended March 31, 1936, reveal a record surplus of £12,539,000. The introduction of sixpenny telegrams resulted in a marked increase m business, but it is insufficienl to cover costs.
