Following on the receipt of correspondence several matters came up for discussion, including the report of a committee set up to go into the question of a suitable meeting place, the matter finally being held in abeyance pending further investigation. The programme for the evening was in the hands of P.G.’s Bros. E. Harrison and W. M'Allan, who entertained those present at a trump whist tournament. After keen competition Bro. F. T. Scott proved the highest scorer, the booby prize being won by Bro. Grave. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded the hosts. During the meeting one new member was initiated.
The Loyal Princess Mary Lodge held its fortnightly meeting on Tuesday evening, N.G. Sister C. M. Millar presiding over a large attendance, which included many visiting brethren. Notification of the annual meeting of the District Committee was received from the Prov. Cor. Secretary. Three propositions for membership were accepted. It was decided to hold a social evening next lodge night. The syllabus for the evening was to have been the entertainment of juvenile members, but this was cancelled owing to the epidemic restrictions, and a progressive whist tournament was held. This provided an enjoyable evening, prizes going to Sisters Cameron and Edwards and Bros. Grant and M'Allan.
