Reports ol meetings 01 Dranches are requested, but they should be furnished promptly, for the publication of reports that are not supplied within a week from thf> date of the meeting cannot be promised.

The meeting of the Pleasant Point branch of the W.D.F.U. was held in the Town Hall, Miss E. Oliver being in the chair. Miss Oliver tendered her resignation as president, as she is taking a trip to England for the Coronation. Mrs Roberts gave a talk on a trip round the North Island, and Mrs Ley gave an outline of the business done at the last executive meeting. Competition winners were Mesdames Gardiner, Ley. Roberts and Lyon and Miss Lyon.
