A monk ot over. 70 years of age has spent 40 years on the building. The" church will hold only six people, and patterns made in broken china and pebbles decorate the walls and ceijjng. A beautiful altar is also built up .from pieces of broken china, sent bv people of Guernsey. Already an offer of £6OOO from an American has been refused for the edifice.
