SOLDIERS ON LEAVE
A NAZI INSTRUCTION RESERVE IN CONVERSATION BERLIN, Feb. 2. An official gazette contains an order that soldiers before going on eastern leave must be instructed how to deal with spies. They are instructed in the necessity for reserve in conversation. They must hand over anonymous letters to their superior officers, with envelopes and stamps, " which provide important clues."
