(Received Jan. 8, at 11.45 p.m.) The mild influenza epidemic which is prevalent in various parts of the country has halted production on several kinema plants. Helen Twelvetrees is the most seriously ill as the result of her leaving bed too soon after a major operation two months ago. Others suffering light attacks are Jean Harlow, Ginger Rogers, Bette Davis, Joel M'Crea, George Raft and Robert Young.
