EXPANSION OF INTERESTS REARRANGEMENTS ANNOUNCED LONDON, Jan. 5. “ Owing to the great expansion of their newspaper publishing interests,” Lords Camrose, Kemsley, and Iliffe have made the following rearrangements:—Lord Camrose has acquired Lord Kemsley’s interest in the Daily Telegraph and the major portion of Lord Iliffe’s holding, but Lord Iliffe ontinues as a director. Lord Camrose has sold Lord Kemsley his holdings in Allied Publications, from the board of which he has resigned. Lord Kemsley replaces him as chairman, and Lord Iliffe is deputy-chairman. Lord Iliffe has acquired the controlling interests in Lord Kemsley’s directoire. and succeeds Lord Camrose as chairman. Lord Kemsley and Lord Iliffe resign from the boards of the Amalgamated Press and the Financial Times. Lord Camrose has acquired, their holdings. ‘
