REORGANISATION ANNOUNCED FOUR COMPANIES TO OPERATE ROME, Dec. 6. Cabinet announced reorganisation of the mercantile marine into four companies under the Maritime Corporation, with a capital of nearly The Italia Company, with a capital of £5,376,000 and 38 ships, will control the transatlantic traffic, and the Lloyd-Triestina Company, with 59 ships and a capital of £3,100,000. will control African, Asian and Australian traffic. The others will deal with local waters It is expected that many new ships will be built.
