FIRST GRADE MATCH WIN FOR CARISBROOK A The First Grade cricket match Carisbrook A v. Kaikorai, in which no decision was reached on Saturday, was completed at Carisbrook last evening, the result being a first innings win for Carisbrook. Kaikorai, with four men out for 80, was faced with a hard task to reach Carisbrook’s total of 235, which was knocked up with the Joss of eight wickets. Mathias and Constable opened the batting, the former having been not out from Saturday, but both were dismissed cheaply. Talbot was bowled by A. Kerr when he had reached 13, and with this loss Kaikorai’s position was hopeless.
