THE SEA OF GALILEE
FLYING BOATS BARRED LONDON, Oct. 17. (Received Oct. 18, at 8 p.m.) In deference to religious sentiment, the British and Palestine Governments have abandoned the proposal that the Sea of Galilee should be used by Imperial Airways flying boats on the Anglo-Aus-tralian route. The use of the Dead Sea as an alternative descending place is being considered, but no decision has yet been reached.
