AMERICAN JUDGE’S ORDER PLEDGE TAKEN IN MORGUE PITTSBURGH, Oct. 16; (Received Oct. 17, at 0.30 a.m.) Eleven men who were convicted of driving while intoxicated took the pledge yesterday at the judge’s order beside unclaimed dead in the county morgue.
