LINER'S ENGINEERS

ULJIMATUM TO COMPANY BETTER HOURS AND PAY LONDON, Oct. 14. (Received Oct. 15, at 10 p.m.) The engineers walked off the Strathaird, which is due to sail for Australia on October 16.
