A REGISTRAR SENTENCED HIGH COURT SEAL FORGED MELBOURNE, Oct. 5. (Received Oct. 5, at 10.15 p.m.) Seaforth Mackenzie, the principal registrar of the High Court of Australia, was sentenced to four and a-half years' imprisonment in the Criminal Court to-day on charges of forging the great seal of the High Court and forging a document issuable from the court. Mackenzie was found guilty by a jury last week. A GLIDER KILLED MELBOURNE, Oct. 5. Norman M'Kenzie, aged 20, was killed instantly when his glider crashed at Murray Downs aerodrome from a height of 100 ft.
