AUSTRALIAN FLOUR

SALES IN MANCHUKUO ' EMBARGO CIRCUMVENTED (Britisn Official Wireless) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) TOKIO, Sept. 21. The Domei Agency reports that Japanese millers are alarmed at the increase in the trade in Australian flour in Manchukuo. This trade is flourishing in spite of the embargo under the trade control law of August 15. The millers are considering steps to check it. To circumvent the restrictions, Australian flour is repacked in Shanghai, or Australian wheat milled in Shanghai. Thence it is re-exported to Manchukuo.
