PLANS FOR NEW LINER
STRICT SECRECY OBSERVED LONDON, Sept. 28. Strict secrecy surrounds the first plans of the liner 552, which were just issued to workmen at the Clydebank shipyard. The design is not expected to be known till jthe work has been begun.
