* CLOSE OF THE CAMPAIGN A HEAVY POLL EXPECTED (Per United Press Association) AUCKLAND, Sept. 29. The final speeches in the Manukau election campaign were made to-day and to-night, both the Labopr candidate, Mr A. G. Osborne, and the National candidate, Mr F. W Doidge, addressing many meetings Great interest centres on to-mor-row’s poll, and the voting is expected to be heavy for a by-elec-tion.
