Thursday. June 11. (Before Mr H. W. Bundle, S.M.) DRUNKENNESS. Charged with drunkenness, Hugh Alexander Kennedy was fined 20s, in default 48 hours' imprisonment.—Hugh Gerard Curry, who was similarly charged, was fined 12s (id with an alternative of 24 hours' imprisonment. MAINTENANCE.
George William Gibbs was proceeded against by his wife, who claimed separation and maintenance orders on the grounds of failure to maintain and persistent cruelty.—.Mr V. (J. Dawson appeared for the complainant and Mr C. J. L. While for the defendant—After lengthy evidence on behalf of the complainant had been heard, the liisi was adjourned until June '24.
