NEW ZEALAND INSTITUTE SCHOOL-LEAVING AGE (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, May 12. The New Zealand Educational Institute considered the executive's proposal recommending that the leaving age should be raised to 15 years, without exemptions, and that maintenance allowances should be paid in cases of hardship. The case for and against exemptions was discussed at length, and there were two amendments, but the original motion was carried.
