SUPPLY AND DEMAND CURTAILING PRODUCTION TOKIO, April iiO. The Rayon Manufacturers' Association is forestalling possible over-produc-tion owing to Australian and other foreign agitation, by enforcing on May 1 a scheme limiting mill expansion to the projects under way, and curtailing the output from new spindles, thus maintaining the equilibrium of supply and demand.
