ACTION AGAINST CLERK (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, March fi. A charge of stealing' £230 IDs 3d while an employee of the Wellington City Corporation was brought in the Magistrate's Court against Ross Gordon Bastin M'Coll, aged 34, a clerk. The period in which the alleged defalcations occurred was from November 13, 1934, to January 28, 1936. On the application of Detective Murray, Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M., remanded the accused until March 11. Bail was allowed in the sum of £IOO with one surety of £IOO.
