PRAISE FOR NEW ZEALAND SYDNEY, March's, (Received March 6, at 10.30 p.m.) Praise for the manner in which New Zealand handles hospitals was given by Mr G. L. Goudie, M.L.C., Commissioner of Public Works in Victoria, who returned by the Wanganella from New Zealand. He Baid the New Zealand taxation system enabled hospitals to balance their Budget and the tax itself was too ■mall to worry anyone unduly.
