APPOINTMENTS NOT YET MADE (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, March 6. The Minister of Marine (Mr P. Fraser) etated to-day that he was not yet able to say which of the judges of the Supreme Court would sit on the rehearing of the Rangatira inquiry. That would be decided by the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers), presumably in consultation with the other judges. With regard to the assessors no appointments had yet been made.
