Hazlett's Luminere won the Novice Division, 30sovs, six furlongs and 65 yards, at Pakenham. The rider was P. M'Kay. The filly Queen Craft took ill on Tuesday and died at Epsom. The Australian Cup starts at 3.35 p.m. PRICE PAID FOR HERITAGE (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) MELBOURNE, March 6. It is reported that the New Zealand horse Heritage has been purchased by Mr T. Gove, of Melbourne, for India. The price is believed to be 3000 guineas. PALFRESCO'S BROTHER SOLD (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) MELBOURNE, March 5. Palfresco's yearling brother, which was passed in at 825 guineas, has been purchased privately by Mr J. P. Arthur. The price is not disclosed, but at the sale it was announced that there was a reserve of 1000 guineas. K. (Received March 6, at 10 p.m.) Limond Lad, purchased for 3100 guineas in New Zealand last season, has been sent out for a two months' spell because of a bruised foot. K. Voitre will ride Novia, Bunsby Gaze, Garrio and Cotys at Flemington to-morrow. Ashley Reed will ride Genoa, Young Idea and Flying Glance. W. Jenkins will ride Gay Circle in the Farewell Handicap.
