BODY NOT TO BE REMOVED LONDON. March 4. Mr dc Valcra, in the Dnil, announced that the British Government refuses the removal of the body of Sir Roger Casement to Dublin from Pentonville Prison on the ground that the custom was not to interfere with graves.
