SUPREME COURT
PRISONERS SENTENCED (Feb United Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, February 26. The following prisoners were sentenced in the Supreme Court by Mr Justice Ostler Joseph Sattler (arson, three charges), one years hard labour; D'Arcy Henry Gyde (arson, two charges), two. years' probation; Frederick Allan Giles (indecent assault ou a female), two years' probation; Sydney Gordon Jeffries' (false declaration under the Marriage Act), three months' probation; Fredrick James Fitzsimmons (carnal knowledge), one year's probation; Wallace James Moran '(breaking and entering and theft), one year's probation.
