A crippling blow to the Catholic louth Movement by the complete mobilisation of German youths under the Nazi banner is foreshadowed in a New Year manifesto by the leander of the Hitler Youth. When a stag, being hunted in the forest of Fontainebleau, escaped into the town itself riders had to thread their way between buses, trams, and motor cars until the stag cilapsed near the chateau.
