RACING IN JOHANNESBURG
JUBILEE RACE PROPOSED

(By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) JOHANNESBURG, February 17. (Received Feb. 18, at 5.5 p.m.] -In connection with the city's jubilee it is proposed to hold a £IO,OOO handicap, open to racehorses of the Empire, the race to be run at Christmas, to enable the entries to become acclimatised.
