(Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, February 17. Judgment on the question of costs in the action by William Douglas Lysnar (plaintiff) versus the National Bank of New Zealand, Ltd. (defendant), was delivered to-day by Mr Justice Blair. In the main action he ordered the parties to pay their own costs but ordered plaintiff to pay witnesses' expenses which would be fixed by the registrar. In the action regarding Arowhana plaintiff was ordered to pay costs but no witnesses' expenses.
