SABOTAGE ON CRUISER

THE CUMBERLAND DAMAGED LONDON, February 16. (Received Feb. 17, at 10 p.m.) The Admiralty admits that sabotage occurred on the cruiser Cumberland at Chatham. It is believed to have affected the electrical equipment and recalls the damage done on the battleship Royal Oak and the submarine Oberon.
