CANADIAN CONTROL MEASURES ALLEGED IRREGULARITIES OTTAWA, February 14. The allegations that- wheat exporters in Winnipeg rushed to telephones to secure orders from Liverpol to take advantage of the Wheat Board regulations permitting shorts to load up the day Argentina raised the minimum price by three cents will be investigated by a parliamentary committee. Mr E. E. Perley (Conservative) alleged that the board aided traders caught in a jam by selling them 43,000,000 bushels overnight at a quarter cent, increase when it knew the price would be up three cents the next day. He alleged that only 6,000,000 bushels made its way overseas.
