CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP (Pee United Press Association). FEILDING, February 15. To-day the Feilding Star passed out of the hands of Pirani and Co., Ltd., to a new company, the Feilding Star, Ltd. The new company has Mr Edmund Goodbefere aa chairman of directors, and the new editor is Mr George Stevens, formerly editor of the Pahiatua Herald, who is also a director. Mr Tom L. Mills has been editor for 28 years. Prior to that he was on the staff of the Wellington Post and of the New Zealand Times.

Mrs Ethel Pirani, who also retires, was the Dominion’s only woman chairman of directors. The Feilding Star has been published for 58 years.
