MADRIGAL CONCERT

To-night, in the Concert Chamber, a bright, sparkling, and happy evening’s music is promised by the young Aladrigal Choir, which is giving its first full conceit. The programme contains such unusual features as “Limericks,” sung by Air Bruce Al’Kenzie and male chorus; Weber’s beautiful “Bridesmaid’s Chorus”; Dr Galway’s “Who is Sylvia?” and his composition specially written for this choir, “ The Shepherdess,” and Roberton’s humorous “ King Arthur.” The soloists are Aladame Winnie Fraser, Aliss Alary Pratt, Aliss Ethel Wallace, Aliss Adelaide Cameron, Air Arthur Alacdonald, Air F. G. Taplin, and Air Bruce Al’Konzie. Eighteen part songs by the choir, conducted by Air Alfred Walmsley, and a great variety of vocal and violin solos should make this concert outstanding. The box plans are at Begg's and the D.I.C.
