KELBURN SCHOOL

ALTERATION IN STATUS (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, January 25. Appointments consequent on the changing of the Kelburn School into a normal school and the running of it in conjunction with the Wellington Training College, which will be reopened, have been approved by the Wellington Education Board. The headmaster will be Mr O. A. Banner, and the infant mistress Mist R. Macalister. All the teachers are from the Wellington education district except Miss Macalister, who comes from the Normal School, Auckland. They are Mr D. Rust, Mr J. F. Johnson, Miss A. Hilliard, and,Miss E. M. Tolley.
