AIRCRAFT INSPECTOR
NEW OFFICE CREATED MR R. C. KEAN APPOINTED (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, January 23. Consequent upon the expansion now taking place in New Zealand, an aviation aircraft inspector has been added to the civil aviation branch of the Defence Department. The first occupant of the office is Mr R. C. Kean, A.M.I.Mech.E., who h?a been until now a member of the designing staff of the Public Works Department. Ho has a notable war record
