The report showed that since the beginning of the year 92 building permits to the value of £44,313 had been granted, compared with 97 permits valued at £25,034 last year, an increase of £19,278. Last year 1274 drivers' licences were issued, as against 1352 so far this year. Heavy traffic fees this year also showed an increase of £B2.
