CONFERENCE IN BERLIN
JAPANESE MILITARY ATTACHES BERLIN, November 28. (Received Nov. 29, at 10 p.m.) Japanese military attaches from London, Rome, Paris, Moscow, Istambul, Helsingfors and Riga are holding a conference here during the week-end. The subjects for discussion have not been disclosed. The naval mission of 15 will stay en route for London. Two other Japanese missions are touring Germany, one industrial and the other on arms.
