(Received Nov. 15, at 11 p.m.) Political circles feel that the nationalist riots in Egypt will weaken Britain's moral opposition to Italy's action in Abyssinia, because if Britain is forced to employ armed force to restore order it will militate against her efforts to prevent what Italy terms the restoration of order in Abyssinia. Officials deny that Italian propaganda prompted the rioting in Egypt
