This will considerably improve the colour, flavour, and food value. -_'.«-. ORDINARY JAMS AND JELLIES.— Add a quart bottle of Thomsons' Pure Loganberry to a pan of any jam or jelly. It should be added just prior to bottling and well stirred. It improves the flavour, colour, texture, and keeping qualities of the product. CAKE ICINGS.—Mix your icing in the ordinary way, and add Thomsons' Pure Loganberry until the desired colour is obtained. TRIFLES.—Leave out the port wine or brandy, and substitute Thomsons Pure Loganberry until it reaches the desired colour. ICE CREAM SUNDAES.—Pour Thomsons' Pure Loganberry over the top. It improves the flavour, colour, and general appearance. FRUIT COCKTAILS—Thomsons' Pure Loganberry imparts a new flavour and colour to Fruit Cocktails, and improves the palatability. CLARET CUP.—Make in the usual way. but with only half the amount of claret, and make up the other half of the claret with Thomsons' Pure Loganberry.
