MODERN SALVAGE APPARATUS With the hope of raising treasure worth millions of pounds from a ship of the Spanish Armada wrecked in the Bay of Tobermory, Scotland, a Dutch company has taken over the rights of a new salvage apparatus. The apparatus consists of a big tube giving entrance to a wide diving-bell which penetrates the sand on the sea bottom. This picture was taken during a demonstration with a smaller model.
